Sweet Treats Showdown Rewards looping and not letting me finish event
On the Bonus Go Glamorous STS event I’ve gotten at least four bonus regal thrones and haven’t been able to finish the Royal Treat Box despite knowing that I had enough to finish it at least twice and have already unlocked the regal throne extra colors. This time I even got it back to back, but because I already have all the colors it just gives me another throne. I’m just missing one suit color and some coins, but I don’t think I’m supposed to have eight regal thrones. I know I still have time to earn more rewards, but I’m worried that this will keep happening and I won’t get the other event times and therefore can’t get the grand prize rewards. I would just like to finish the event. I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen, my username is LivWrites.
My featured purchase
I bought a featured house, the Halloween house with the heart shaped Jacuzzi. Yes, I have been debating whether I would get it and finally decided. So I purchased it and didn't receive it 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 this has never happened before I am sick. I don't see the home or even any of the items any where. I love sims mobile but Im about to quit. I don't see anywhere to get my money back. I'm just hurt, I was looking forward to this place. I wasn't even able to get on the help site. It keeps saying bad site issues. I'm just going to stop playing the game 😔
Purchase Error
As other people have mentioned, there is a bug which won’t let you buy anything within the game, instead kicking you out of the transaction attempt with a message saying “No money removed from account” or “Restart to complete transaction” (which doesn’t do anything). A number of players have reported this, but EA won’t acknowledge the error, despite the fact that this is stopping people from giving them money. Is there anything else that can be done at this point? Why would they ignore this?
Whispering Willow House
On Thursday 10/17/2024, I purchased “The whispering willow house” for 19.99 (21.99 after tax). I have made several purchases through the Sims Mobile and have never had an issue until this day. The purchase successfully processed and came out my bank account immediately yet no house or items to be found in my inventory. I contacted the EA live agents who were completely useless and each one had a different way of just completely going around the issue and not helping. One actually had me jump through hoops and bounds to prove I made a payment when I clearly had a receipt and order number and he still decided to end the chat with no resolution. I have restored purchased, deleted and re-installed the game and still have not received anything. I belong to multiple sims mobile groups and i have seen several on other platforms and now on this one of players buying the same content and receiving no items and absolutely no help from EA. EA is a huge company and this is straight robbery. Posting this in hopes for resolution from the Creators!
Error making a purchase.
*snip* I made a purchase within the game of ‘Whispering Willows House’, the payment was made, but I did not receive the items. After that, whenever I try to make a purchase, the message appears informing to "restart the game to continue the transaction", and this does not make any sense. I was checking that the same happened with other players, and this mistake of making a purchase and not receiving what was bought has been happening for a long time, which is something inadmissible for a company as big as EA. It's a mistake that should have already been corrected, but your assistance just doesn't work. And this is a mistake of the game itself, and not an error of our bank or the payment platform as one of the Managers tried to insinuate here. I will continue to send emails until you solve my problem and that of so many other players. (CM: Edited to remove additional language. Please only post in the language of the board.)
Why the event hasn't started yet
The Sims Mobile event calendar said a treasure hunt event would start on September 9th. Today is September 10th and it hasn't started on my device yet. Plus, I suddenly found myself with some extra money (20k) and a notification that my artifacts, clues, and bunnies had been turned into simoleons. What is happening?
Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.Marriage
So my male Sim finally got married to his Partner. It wasn't the move eventful Day having to get married outside your front door, no guests and a repeating ring action for a min was thrilling. After the event I expected his husband to move in, nope, he was left to wander with the rest of the NPC's nor was there any option for children. The Sims in the mobile app only have very short lives and expect my Sim to die alone Childless with his housemate for company!Save retired sims?
I finally retired my first generation. After a few days of playing the next generation with them as elders in my house the game is asking me to move them out. I don't want them to leave yet! Is there anyway to cancel this so that I can keep interacting with them? I want to complete relationship stories with the elders.Bed always blocked in mobile game?
My bed has always been blocked in the game. Their relationship is on level 12. They’re married. They still cannot sleep together, woohoo or use the bed at all because its “blocked”. Ive had the sleepy time double bed and the rustic bed and its still blocked. Whats going on?
Sweet Treat Showdown Is Exhausting
Before starting this event, I had over 100,000 simoleons stocked up from completing events and llamazooms. Guess how much I have now? About 11k. And the prices for sugar cube refills? Ridiculous amounts of simcash/cupcakes. But the price of completing Rounds for the challenge aren't my main gripe. It's the fact that you can have above a 90% success rate and STILL have a Dessert Disaster. I thought this function would be similar to the risky interaction feature, where, as long as you're in the green area, you're fine. But the chances on this event are just random. Here's a Dessert Disaster at 90% in Round 2 :| https://i69.servimg.com/u/f69/16/73/53/52/sims_m10.jpg I also got a Dessert Disaster at 97% in Round 7 before another time. But then another time, I WON the second to last round on the 75% success rate, even though I consistently would lose previously if I dared to attempt below a 90% success rate. There's still 1d 13hr remaining for me and I only have earned 45/76 prizes. The only redeeming factor about this event is that we don't receive duplicates that turn into useless fashion gems and (a pinch of) simoleons - we get different color swatches each time (they listened to us). I hope we won't be seeing other events similar to this set-up because if so, count me out.

Wanted to say that I love this game but...please add a Graphics slider and possibly a resolution slider so we can change the settings accordingly to our phones. My phone is a galaxy s8 and the game looks horrendous on it, very pixelated and blurry. Please let me/us change the Graphics the way we want to and the internal rendering resolution. Other games do this so why not you?
Limited time sale items always the same
The sale thing used to switch back and forth between Sim cash and cupcakes and Sim cash and fashion gems. Now the fashion gems one goes for 7 days or 3 days or whatever it is, then it starts again. Is this a glitch? Do we all have the same sale offer at the same time? I feel like I'm never going to get the cupcake offer again unless I buy the fashion gems one. :(
Where can I find information about the Sims for the phone?
For my B-day my sweety got me my own phone. I played it (The Sims for the phone) a bit tonight, and have a few questions, the main one is, so I just quit or is there a save and quit feature to this. I have a few others, but I was wondering if there is a location that answers the questions, without me repeating the same questions over again?
