Bug/Glitch
After the latest update, my game is stuck in the “Fast-er Forward” tutorial with Dr. Gene Iyus. The popup appears, but when I tap the yellow arrow or the icon, nothing happens. I cannot continue the tutorial or play the game at all. I already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the game but the issue is still the same. Please help me fix this bug so I can continue playing.Invalid Adverts with NO reward afterwards
I received no reward at all after watching certain advertisements. I think that players from the UK would have experienced the same? These advertisements are all "Skills for Life" ones which are made by UK's HM Government, I believe? It's quite annoying especially as I'm trying to earn more cupcakes from adverts... It's such a waste of time. Please fix it!Please help!!
yesterday I was playing the Sims mobile on and off on my iPhone redecorating my house with new items that I had bought in and pre-existing items that I already owned. I got home and played for a little bit and then I took a shower and went to get back on the Sims mobile on my iPad and when I got on, I noticed all of the progress I had made throughout the day was completely gone, and the furniture was nowhere to be found not even in my inventory. I then click the sidebar and linked my account back to game center and it was still missing. I then returned to the Sims mobile on my phone to see if the content was missing on there as well and it was. I then linked my phone to my game center account as well. I have reached out multiple times to get a resolution for this as I have spent countless dollars and money and time on this game and I would like my items back and get this resolved. I am absolutely gutted. i have spent more than 5 years playing this game and investing money. Not only are the new items that I just put on, but also items that I have been collecting for years along with heirlooms. Customer support has been absolutely no help and I have no idea how to fix this problem. Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with in-game purchases in The Sims Mobile. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message: “Please restart the game to continue the transaction.” The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. It seems the game fails to even initiate the transaction. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance!BRUXACK!!! VS Izzy...
Izzy... Why are we forced to pay before seeing what he did? I understand paying to have it remade, but being forced to pay and have to keep an item he didn't like because he already spent his money on it? He could have made it and only after seeing what he did, decide whether he wants to keep it, remake it, or not.I really wish to see my sims eat on the table
It's been years now since I play mobile sims, but I really wanna see my sims eat on the table and not outside behind some walls, pregnant, they can reach the beach besides their house, more news maps, more new house lot, more accessible area in the house, more career. Please make my dream come true.
didn’t get my “earn sim cash” reward
hi! this morning i was playing sims mobile, i decided to try the “earn sim cash” option and i selected the one offer where you have to create an Audible account and get 30 days free trial. i did everything that i needed to do that was listed, i clicked on the offer using the same device, i created a new account, put in my card info and redeemed my free trial and waited a bit, now several hours have passed and i still didn’t receive my sim cash reward. i tried to contact EA support directly through the game, but when i talked to the EA agent they simply told me that they couldn’t help me and that i needed to come here to get help on this. now, could somebody help me? i don’t know how to fix this and i’d really like to get my sim cash! thank you and have a good one!

I'm a long-time fan of your amazing franchise and I’d love to share an idea for a new mobile game that could really resonate with many players—especially those who loved the earlier Sims games or even The Sims 2.A while ago, I played a game called Nanny Mania. It was simple, but the atmosphere, the busy home life, and the emotional side of the characters really stuck with me. That’s where my idea comes from,a mobile game that blends that cozy, hectic family vibe with the classic Sims style and mechanics.Here’s how I imagine it:A classic Sims aesthetic (more realistic and warm, similar to The Sims 2 or 3—not too cartoonish or hyper-modern like the current Sims Mobile).Home management gameplay, where you can:Fall in love, get married, get pregnant (with visual stages, just like in the main Sims games),Take care of children, deal with daily chaos (inspired by Nanny Mania),Decorate your house, cook, clean, work, and live a full simulated life.A game that’s not mission-based or too “event-driven”, but open, personal, and emotionally rich.Why this idea?I feel like the current Sims Mobile has lost a bit of that emotional connection. It’s very structured and doesn’t have the same heart as the classic Sims games. Bringing back a more traditional, family-focused experience (even inspired by something like Nanny Mania) could really revolutionize Sims on mobile. Need some help. I deleted my game a couple months ago and just downloaded it again. I played it for many years before deleting it ( for storage purposes) My saved progress was on the cloud but I clicked it and it didn't do anything when x out of the game and went back I couldn't access that to get back into my saved game. Restarted again and now it's not there. I contacted support and they sent me over here. I had sims for years on there and paid items. Please please please tell me there's help
