Issues with Sim Festival tutorial & Seasonal Tasks
Hey Simmers, Some of you cannot complete the Sim Festival tutorial as there are no Seasonal Tasks in the game. Since the tutorial is incomplete, the pop-up bubble is constantly visible, leading to issues like: - New Packs are not appearing - Buttons like Land Purchase/Expansion' and 'Retire a Sim' are not responding - Appointments not beginning - Issue placing/changing colors of items - Sims unable to leave the house We have prioritized this issue, and the team diligently works to fix it. Still low compatibility problems.
After the last The Sims Mobile's update related to compatibility with some devices, my phone (Huawei Mate 20 Lite) stopped having the problem of the touchscreen with this game. But unfortunately, this phone is not still 100% compatible with TSM. Sometimes when I log in game, at the start, a message appear saying that the device is not recognized so there can be some problem playing. In the various districts, a lot of objects (and at home too) have a blurred texture. The graphic of the game is not well defined, and the screenshot are totally low quality. Going on my phone's setting: "Display > Full screen viewing" It says: " The following App have not been optimized for full screen mode" And The Sims Mobile is listed below. Maybe this (I hope that) can help fixing all this. Would be nice if all player could enjoy this game without problems and with its full potential. I really hope you can help me/us Thank you ❤️

Ideas/Suggestions for The Sims Mobile - April 2018
Hello there fellow Simmers! I think it's time we start a thread relating to ideas/suggestions for The Sims Mobile, I have read alot of ideas and suggestions from other Simmers and it would be neat and great if we read it all in one place. 🙂 My first thought was when I saw these cool houses advertised on the Play Store (I'm on Android), the Sims Mobile Team was overlaping rooms , so I suggest, what about disabling a particular wall (or cutting it) so we can do L-Shaped rooms or any design. Its mechanics could be that, "Cut or Disable Wall - requires a wall being connected to another enclosed room", for example: (Red Line - cut or disabled wall) *Open spoiler to see..
TSMobile - [Guide] How to Maximize Weekly Gem Rewards
Hello there fellow Simmers! I have been researching on how Izzy gives out Fashion Gems. So these are the things I would like to share with you so we could all max out the week's rewards. Let's get started! How the gems are being rewarded The gems are being rewarded through Star Ratings of each trend category. For example: Last week's category was Cool, Fit, and Hot. As you can see, Calvin got 3-Stars for Cool, 3-Stars for Fit, and 2-Stars for Hot and got 8 Gems for it, not being able to max the week's rewards. What we need is to get a 3-Star rating for each trend, and to do that, it takes at least 6+ stickers to get a 3-Star rating in each category, so make sure your Sims get those stickers! Also, you can monitor your Sim's stickers with the Sticker Hub without having to wait the next day! Now it is much easier to aim for a perfect 3-Star Rating! Such a great and convenient feature! Note: You get 1 Gem for each Star earned for that Trend category, so don't get left out! (I tell you, the stars are literally the gems we earn 🥳) Getting along with the trend Whether it's Cool, Silly, and Hot, there is no loss when you follow the weekly Fashion Trends. Changing your Sim's appearance to match with the current Trends would also help players decide which sticker to give your Sims! Dress up to be the best out there, because Izzy is watching and so are the other players! Hosting parties and joining parties When you have the chance to throw a party, do it! Also, join other player's parties everyday! Parties will help your Sims meet other players and receive Stickers from them! Don't forget to give out Stickers too! If you have new Sims for the week, prioritize them when joining parties so they would get noticed, and earn stickers for the day. That is all I have to share, for now atleast. Thank you for reading. Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open boxes in bonus sweet treat showdown, it won't progress beyond 104 when all swatches are unlocked What do you expect to see? to be able to unlock the grand prize by opening boxes Connection Type Wifi Please select your region Europe Country NL Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown: once all bonus swatches are unlocked the counter stays at 104 and doesn't progress beyond that, the remaining prize boxes don't add to the grand prize basket. this needs to be fixed asap, or people aren't be able to win the bonus swatches of the grand prizes

How to maximize energy replenishment from home items
Energy is renewed on its own, 1 energy point every 2 minutes. Renewing energy fast is essential when doing events and quests. You want to help your Sims get finished as soon as possible and, then suddenly, they have 0 energy left. You can let them eat a cupcake, and their energy bar will instantly be filled up to 30 points. Another way to recharge energy is by using home items from the bathroom and bedroom collection. Tap on your Sims’ energy bar and you will see how you can help them replenish their energy. Here you can see how to help your Sims recover energy by using home items with maximized energy recharge and how often these actions will be available: The following chart is a guide to all the items available for purchase in the home catalogue, and information on how to use them in order to obtain maximum energy recharge. In an attempt to create some organization to TSM storage, which is a black hole, I finished buying every item in the game, wrote every item out on a Google sheet, and uploaded pictures of each item. If you access my Google sheet via a web browser, you should be able to ctrl+f or command+f to search for the item you need. From there, you can see what items your desired item is near and how deep it is into the inventory. I desperately hope Firemonkey Studios organizes our storage and soon. This Google sheet is only a bandaid. If this sheet becomes too sluggish to scroll through with all the pictures in the first column, then I may have to remove that column in the future. Can’t complete the baby quest
Okay this is seriously driving me crazy. I am so bothered I will probably delete the stupid game and never play it again. I have tried countless times to complete the baby quest so my sim can have a baby. I’ve made it to part 12/15 and I’m still doing one of the events right now and the quest disappeared again. I keep running out of time because they give you like 0 time so unless you don’t sleep or don’t do anything but play sims every hour or pay money to skip time, you apparently cannot have a baby in this game. I purposefully did this quest during the weekend when I had more time and even still I couldn’t complete it. I keep wasting so much time on the quest only to be so close and then have it disappear. And of course all the events are 8 friking hours. It’s seriously the stupidest thing. If you complete events you should be able to keep going so whoever came up with the “limited time” idea you are the worst. Do you think I want to keep going and doing the same 8 hour events over and over and over? It would be fun to have a baby but it’s not worth it and neither is this dumb game. By the way cupcakes should not be so expensive. Games should be an escape from real life not reminding you how expensive and annoying real life is.Eco Workshop - Sims Festival Bug - Seasonal Task
Update: A patch has gone live on the 15th of June which should help players with this. Please update the game asap. 🙂 Hello Simmers, We’re aware of the Sim Festival bug that some players are experiencing where players who have completed the Eco Workshop are given the Season Task ‘Earn 400 Recycle Tokens’. We understand that this Seasonal Task is unachievable for some players. There will be a fix in the next update where this task will not show to players who have completed the Eco Workshop. In the meantime, players who have completed the Eco Workshop will be granted a free skip for this task. To be eligible for the free skip players must submit a support ticket via an In Game with their Player ID and screenshots of their fully upgraded Eco Workshop. Hi Simmers, Up until today, our approach to Player IDs here on the forums varied from game to game. While with some we asked for your Player IDs when you reported an issue, we recommended against doing so for some other games. Not all our games work the same way internally, and this is what motivated the differences in the way we have been communicating with you. However, this unaligned approach across our different forums/games has been causing some confusion that we want to prevent going forward. Starting today, when it comes to Player IDs, we are treating all our games the same way across all our forums: we are not going to ask you for your Player ID when you report an issue -we have removed this question from the bug reports template for The Sims Mobile-, and we ask you not to post your Player IDs on the forums in the future. We may still reach out to you via DM with a request for your Player IDs to investigate certain issues, and we still highly recommend you to note down your Player IDs in case you ever need help from us with your games.
