It can take several days to get a response. Unfortunately, we can't speed this up. You'll just have to keep an eye on your email for a response. You can also contact an advisor to have them check for an update. If you want to do that, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!
Thank you i sent them on twitter.
do you know if logging into ur account with a VPN will result in a ban?- EA_Aljo5 years ago

You can log in with a VPN, but it won't circumvent the ban as it's account based.
This is my situation too. Except I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response. I check multiple times a day to try and get live chat, but as a test I checked he "Missing Content" option under a new ticket and it had live chat and call available while the account issues had only email. Ill check into the twitter/FB but it is really frustrating as ive missed completing season 6, playing the halloween event at all, and now the season 7 launch.
What i meant is not if i can try to log in with a VPN to avoid the ban status.
im asking because i heard from some forums using a VPN can result in a ban because some people use this method to lower EA store prices
and i have logged in with a VPN because i had a bug stated above which made apex disappear from my library i looked in google for a solution and it said unsing a VPN may fix this bug
and it did i was able to add apex to library without the error message and pressed play i then closed the VPN and in the next day i was banned.
and im sorry to hear u got banned and waited for such a long time luckily i completed my battle pass but missed the fight or fright event skins
they should compensate you for that battle pass u spent money on.- EA_Aljo5 years ago

I really don't have details on exactly what gets you banned. It's up to Terms of Service. You'll just have to wait for a response.
after a long wait i got this from EA.
Thanks for contacting us about your account action.
We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.
What this means
We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.
You break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:

• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
Any questions?
• Read up on how to play by the rules at https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/play-by-the-ea-rules/

You're welcome to submit another dispute. I believe they will investigate your account twice.
This time I added 6 youtube links as proof of my gameplay hope it will help.
i just got another negative from the dispute.
i researched on may have caused this and discovered some people had issues with ambient light LED with software that alter the OS and memory
and i have bought few months ago LED for my monitor with AmbiBox software that may have caused my ban.
anyone heard of something like that??
i have sent a third email to the service team will they check this out?"Several days"
I sent one in 12.11. Its now the 30th.
Is there any way you know of that would make this process go faster or to atleast be contacted back within the 72 hours EA promised on their support page?
