Thanks for the posts. We're seeing quite a few of these reports, but also lots of folks are getting the skin without a hiccup, so I suspect there's a bunch of different minor issues here.
@mack_warhammer I se the skin on your account, timestamped this morning, did you make any changes after this post?
Other folks, can you double check you've connected your Amazon to the correct accounts? In some cases I can see an Apex account without a linked Amazon, and in others there's an Amazon-linked EA account without Apex.
@asukojo could you DM me the name of the account you currently play on? - EA_David5 years ago

Hi, from looking into some of the reports here, can you please double-check which accounts are linked? I see some folks with Apex accounts without a linked Prime, and others posting on EA accounts with linked Amazon, but no Apex.
@mack_warhammer Hey, I see the skin on your account, but it's timestamped a little while after your last post, can I check if you took any steps, or it timed in?
@asukojo Hey, can you DM me the name of the account you currently play on? I claimed the skin 3 days ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've gotten the other things I've claimed so I don't know what the issue can be.
Somehow the "LINK Game Account" keep showing up, eventhough I already linked it multiple times but the website doesn't recognized/stored it.
This most likely the bug that causing it.
Hi EA_David,
From all I can tell, I linked correctly on both EA and Prime-gaming. My PSN ID is Choves. I was told by EA support that it was a synchronization issue and that it would show up but it’s been 6 days. Is there any way you can check for me? Thank you

@Acbla5 in this case I'd suspect an account mixup, I can see the @Acbla5 account you're posting on is linked to Amazon. However there isn't any Playstation account attached to Acbla5, and you don't play Apex on this account.
So it looks like you have a different EA account for the Choves PSN account. If you're unsure what that is, you can go to help.ea.com, log out, then log back in with the Playstation login option. That should put you on the right account. Same problem here, never had a sigle issue claiming any skin berofe. Already relinked both my amazon to twich and EA to twich but nothing changed, skin is already claimed but doesnt show in game.

@Ashimith If you go to this page on your current account, do you see Amazon linked there?
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
If it's not there, can you try swapping to any other accounts you might have, and check them?
I know this is frustrating, and I can see previously released Twitch rewards on a bunch of the accounts reporting this, it seems like something delinked the accounts for some folks in the recent past. - @EA_David There are no connections listed there even at my alt account, which is wierd, cause at twitch it says that im connected to EA. I even tried to disconnect from both twitch side and EA help page side and relink, but nothing changed.
@Ashimith EA_David help me out, I got it working now, it was a puzzle that pretty confusing.
Basically you need to make sure EA account link to your Amazon account by checking https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
You must see they're paired as shown below:
The drama start when you've multiple accounts using different emails (like I had) and your browser stored your login so when try to link, it linked to the one currently log in.
Steps to fix this:
1. LOG OUT all EA accounts , including APEX FORUM (very very important step).
2. Go to prime gaming, login with your Amazon account : https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/apexlegends
3. Click "Link Game Account" , it will ask you to put your EA account login you want to link (username and password).
4. Check the pairing: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
Important Note:
If step 3 is blinked/not asking your login, that means you haven't done step 1.
I never had to link my twitch prime with EA through "link game account" from prime page, i linked it through https://signin.ea.com/p/thirdparty/login?client_id=twitch_client&platformId=twitch some time ago and claimed a bunch of skins from last year with no problem.
If i try to link my account through the prime page now, after i write down my email and password from my EA account, i get an error saying that the request cannot completed and i should try later.
I tryed everything i found on google with similar problems with no success. I also tryed to link my prime and bungie/steam for the destiny 2 loot and everything went smooth and got the loot instantly, and judging from how many people have exacly the same problem i assume its from EA''s side.
@Ashimith Do you have multiple EA accounts with different email address ?
If yes, you need to login to each of them and make sure there's no amazon account linked to it : https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
All EA accounts should be blank like this.
Then you can retry the steps above.

@Ashimith Edit: removing redundant step
Also, if you could DM me your alt account name(s) I'd like to take a closer look. I'm having the same issue with this skin. The account IS linked correctly. I claimed the skin, but it won't show up in my account.
Hello, I’m really hoping you can help me out. I accidentally linked an old EA account to Primegaming under the EA username, ’ACBLA5’. My PSN ID that I play Apex under is ‘CHOVES’. I’ve tried the instructions a few posts above and signed out of every EA account, but I can’t link Primegaming to my ‘Choves’ account. It keeps defaulting to the old ‘Acbla5’ account. I’ve left some screenshots. Thanks in advance for any assistance. You’re help on this topic has been great.
Hello,
For some reason it says I can’t unlink Amazon from my ild EA account until July. Any suggestions? I’ve tried the instructions on the post above. Thanks!

@KremitTheForg From what I can see your current posting account is not connected. You can go to this page to see what accounts are connected, but I'd suspect your Amazon is linked to an alt account: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index?gameId=ebisu&locale=en_US
@Choves For it defaulting to the wrong account, I encountered this myself, with it being adamant about using my work account rather than a personal one when I was testing. I got around it by opening a new browser and using that one to sign into my personal account first, then going to the Amazon site. I know of at least one person who reported that they got around this by logging into the EA Desktop app first, then tried Amazon again.
As for the 6 month lockout, I'm not sure what's going on, but it's not something I can personally address. You can try reaching out to support, but I can't make any promises.
