Did you submit a dispute or did you open a case under a different reason? If you are disputing the ban, that can take several days to get a response to. If there was a different reason for contacting support, they should respond quickly if you're using the option for chat. However, advisors cannot help with bans.
I submitted an appeal but no one has taken my case. it's a very simple case so should honestly be at the top of their inbox imo. This isnt the first time in the last 2 years I have tried getting this resolved either! I wish they had better customer service and could at least get me on a temporary unban during this "grace period" so I don't have to sit here bored on my 2 day break... 😐

By that point I would have missed out on many limited time sales! I cannot fathom that this is the way we are forced to go through this process in this day and age! AI might actually be what we need here since they would be able to speed things up exponentially, shame on EA for not seeing such a simple solution...
p.s: Sorry if it sounds like I'm angry at you, this is just real frustration of a player who has done nothing but report actual cheaters getting banned for many years after submitting multiple appeals... I truly do mean it when I say their needs to be some kind of EA board meeting about this very issue and ways to speed things up here, as their are many even I could think of... - TBK_Joshua12 days agoRising Traveler
Hello, i have again waited weeks and months to have my account unbanned. As you can see in this screenshot, i HAVE waited, i HAVE been patient. But EA still seems to be using a bot or not taking their time out to message their players... I need you or some other moderator to please take this issue personally to a higher up, i beg of you! I know generally your roles arent to interfere but as you can see here, i am being ignored by the system you guys have in place. I can only trust you guys here on this forum, there isnt anywhere else! I dont want to just accept that I will never get my account back because "that just how it is with EA"...
I want to thank you guys again here for putting the time out to read my messages and give feedback. Also, if you guys know any phone number or personal emails i can be forwarded to that would mean so much to me.
