Apex account banned for no reason

Hello everyone, maybe someone has encountered this problem and can help me in my guesses/searches for the true reason for the ban.

About my situation: After a long break I decided to play the game - everything was great. But at some point I got a permanent ban ( On May 14, 2025 ) at the moment of landing in the match (without receiving a "Information related to your EA account" letter). After opening the dispute, the ToS team said that the reason was cheats ( without any references to a specific program or how I cheated ) I understand that the reason is not announced so that cheaters do not find ways to bypass the bans, but the only thing that worries me is that for 4 years I have not used any programs that give advantages in the game, I did not use in-game bugs and abuses, did not write offensive words in the chat and nickname. I'm a normal player, slightly above average (my K/D is about 1.6). To all requests to support I receive only automatic responses, the provided evidence and the recording of my games were not even reviewed ( I'm not sure if i can leave youtube links on the forum, but I can send 30 min of pure gameplay if needed + a huge number of saved streams of my friend, where we played together and sometimes you could see my POV ).

That's why I've been looking for possible reasons for this for a long time and I want to write my guesses in the hope that someone will be able to confirm or deny the information. I didn't delete anything from my computer on purpose so that I could find this reason.

  1. I used a program called RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server) which limits the frame rate in the game. This is not prohibited and can be done using the officially permitted command +fps_max. The program, according to information from the forum, was on the white list of the anti-cheat. But it is possible that at some point it was removed from this list
  2. I trained my aim using r5reloaded (modified client that has nothing to do with the main game, game files and servers are separate) I did not find any cases of bans of other users, but this leads me to the next point
  3. The game files were somehow damaged (even though I didn't dig into the files and the game worked as usual) Let me know if I can check this somehow

Please help me find the reason, this question has been bothering me for a long time. I hope I can check at least something ( programs drivers registry idk ) I don't expect help from support and community managers, I'm already disappointed in all of this. ~5000 in-game hours, hundreds of dollars spent and my impeccable reputation is gone. I hope that at least users will help me

Yes of course, that's why I said that I don't expect help from you. Same as from ToS - I've already given up on automatic responses. And no one gave me a clear answer about the reason for the ban.

Lixterus I don't know much about that program, (but its best to not have any 3rd party programs running).

All I know is that Respawn doesn't like players running r5reloaded.

The only way to check the files would be to repair the game's files.

I'm neither EA Support or an EA Community Manager, (what I am, is a volunteer):

While I would like to be able to help you, (again, I'm a normal player just like you), bans is something that only the EA TOS Team is able to look into.
