Thank you very much for your concern. It may be because I was too angry to list the process of my appeal so that you did not see the specific reasons.
First, I have contacted and complained more than 100 times through TOS, because many illegal software users attacked the server in August last year, and normal players could not connect back at all (including me). In this way, I was banned for more than 8 months
The second customer service is in the live chat record of the banned. More than 20 customer service members have explained that I did not use illegal software.(which was recored in live chat history)
Thirdly, no player will do such a thing on the apex account he recharged 5000USD and played for more than 4000 hours.
There are also several customer service staff who have explained my situation and they can solve it in the early stage, but now they have no authority to remove my ban from the system.

However if the ToS team has decided not to lift the ban then it will stay that way.
Again we here on the forum cannot assist you or anyone else with ban issues.

EA sraff’s wrong operation banned my account for 10 appeals in the early stage, and then EA Satff later explained that I did not use illegal software and in the BAN History Live chat record, it also stated that it could not be unblocked.
List events (and I can provide, EA can also provide all the LIVE chat process).
In conclusion, an innocent apex player was wrongly banned and treated unfairly.Thank you very much for your concern, goodbye apex! This is the result of six years of game time.

Like @Asmodeus566 already said, our terms of service team are the only ones with the power to lift your ban. If they've come to the conclusion that the ban was justified, and decide not to remove it, then I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend. We're not able to help with bans here on the forums. I'm afraid that, if after so any contacts they still haven't lifted the ban, then the ban is going to stay. - 3 years ago

The crux of the problem is that I did not use illegal software, and your EA staff also admitted it, and explained that my account could not be removed from the system because of the reasons
of your EA staff. Isn’t this inconsistent?
You can even find records in EA contact history.
And I tried 120 minutes of phone calls and 100 cantact ous, and the results I got from the early 10 ea staff were completely different from the later conclusions.

For 8 months, I still don’t understand how inconsistent the attitudes of your more than 100 EA STAFFs are.
What did the official customer service do in the early days are inconsistent with the statements of many customer service staff later (100-10=90). - 3 years ago
