Apex expired credentials and asked to reset password.
I’m truly upset with this message while trying to login to apex on PS4. One I don’t even recognize the email listed on the message to reset password. I tried to login in by choosing the platform I used (which is ps4). I put in my PSID in with my password, but then I received a message saying my credentials expired and I have to reset my password. So it automatically sends me to login to the EA website. ? 😡 but I can’t use my PSID credentials.? I don’t have ea logins unless I create one. What in the world is going on??? I just want to play apex. Been with support about this 4 times already. Nobody can help. What do I have to do so I can play apex 😓
