Apex Legends - Lost account progress

is it possible to receive a help from a human being instead of being sent the same automated response that doesnt solve the problem as the problem cant be resolved solely by me?

    Gotcha! So this would be more due to the options you had selected for the case. 

    There wouldn't be a way to manually restore progress to this account, as the situation would be more a matter of finding the correct account. We aren't able to transfer content between accounts, but should be able to try and help locate the account you'd mentioned.

    Our support would need to try and verify some other information, so if you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, that should get this on the right track.

    I think the title is kind of misleading, but thats on me, I didnt "Lose" account, the thing is that my pc account(The one im using right now) and xbox account use the same EA account but the skins, levels and all things are not the same as if the accounts didnt merge ( I tried looking for ways to merge via EA youtube channel and EA Help but there wasnt an option to do it like on videos and guides)
