Apex wont launch on my account, but will with another.

So, since the update i cant start apex. 

I start apex, it goes to eac loading screen and then to the first loading screen then just crash with no error. 
I tried another account and with that account apex works. 
I tried reinstall apex, origin and eac. Tried everything i can think of and find online.

Even tried fix like removing all my friends. Still not working.

    @Twinnedfish92 Exact same issue. been with EA support for hours. No fix. tried everything so far. It's definitely something to do with the account itself, but they say there's nothing wrong with my account

    Any update on this topic?

    I have the same issue since season 6 apparently. I thought it was some software/hardware issue, but luckily i found this topic, and tried to create a new account and it works with that.

    So what the hell? What happened to my account?:S

    Anyone able to resolve this? I contacted EA and was told there was nothing wrong with my account on their end.
