Case not applied

I launched Apex Legends after about five months, only to discover a few days ago that my account had been suspended for hacking. I submitted an appeal for my penalty, but no case has been created. I've tried using a private browsing window and a different browser, but still no case is generated. Is there no other way to communicate?

minerkimbab Sorry to hear that you are having issues contacting EA. However, since the EA TOS Team are the only ones who can handle EA Account bans, they are the ones you would need to reach back out to.

If you haven't already, you can try creating a case using this link without signing in:

If I had received a response, I wouldn't have come here. But I never once received a reply to my inquiry. So where am I supposed to get help?

I made several inquiries but received no response.

After several months, I tried to play Apex in September only to find my account suspended. I've contacted customer support multiple times since September but haven't received any response at all. I tried every method I could think of, but nothing was even registered except for inquiries made after logging out. I haven't even received an email confirming whether my case is being processed or if it was rejected. Can I really expect to get any help from EA customer support through inquiries?

Thanks for the reply, I've already tried this but haven't received a reply for 6 days

  • minerkimbab You could try creating a case from here: EA Help | Contact EA.

If you are unable to create one after signing into your EA Account via the link above, click on "continue as a guest" and go from there:

Next, fill out the boxes and be sure that "submit an appeal" is your reason for contacting EA Help:

Hopefully this will help you with getting your case created!
