Crashing then Unable to Connect

Hi, 

I'm on PS5 and I can play fine for an hour or so, then my game will constantly freeze / crash and when I try to connect back in it will tell me it's unable to connect and to go to ea.com/unable-to-connect for more help. Nothing there helps. My account is not banned/suspended, my internet is fine (ISP is Virgin Media UK), my account is not a child account it's my own account, as is my playstation account. I have checked for an update, repaired the game, cleared my PS5s cache, rebuilt my PS5s database and it is still not working. In the past I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it works for a couple hours then I run into the same issue again.

This happens every single time I play the game, it'll be fine for a few hours and then it'll just not work. 

Any help please?
