Credentials expired ps5

I have been trying to link my ea account (formerly origin) to my PSN account for the last couple days without success. I keep getting to the please reset your password, scan the QR code and follow the steps and you'll be all set whenever I fire up BF2042 on the ps5. I do that and then I get a connection error code. The error code is error code 1:3300j:1502I:-40331983O:0B. I am using the same email for my ea account as well as my PSN account. It's worth noting I have bf2042 on my PC and can play it on there through the ea launcher. I have tried reaching out to ea but they are useless and not responding to anything. I had to say I was being harassed to even get a box to type in to ask for help.

  • Hey @dotrat116,

If you've been running into this issue when attempting to link your account, it sounds like that may already be linked to an older, separate account.

Our support team would need to take a look in that case to verify some other account information and make any necessary updates at that point.

I'm afraid we are unable to make any changes to your account on the forums, so you would need to contact support as outlined over at the EA Help website
