Cross Progression not linked.

I recently switched from PlayStation to PC and went through the cross-progression process for my Apex Legends account back when they first made it available. However, when I launched the game on PC for the first time yesterday, none of my progress had transferred over, even though I completed the process previously.

I contacted support, and they advised me to post here so they can review the issue. All of my accounts are correctly linked.

If anyone knows of any fixes or solutions, please let me know.
