Question

deta serversmy apex account is stuck in london servers and im confused because when i try to change it it stays in the same server and im starting to get annoyed because im getting an avergae of 135 ping in the training ground but the ping really starts to show in a normal game. when i go into the data servers it shows -1 ping and 100 pocket loss.if anyone can help me with my issue that would be very greatful
