EA account ban

Dear EA Team,

My EA email is [edit: email address removed] and ID is Cekker0817. Since EA account emails aren’t delivered, I post here hoping you see this. I request re-evaluating my account banned on Jan 19, 2024.I didn’t access the account around the ban—login records and stream archives can prove it. The ban likely came from a security breach. I regret not using stronger safeguards.I’ve built a presence in Apex: joined ALGS qualifiers, got a tournament medal, created content, and helped champion team VKG as an analyst. I always follow community standards. This ban harms my reputation as a fair, dedicated player.Losing the account for a year stopped my competition plans, confused my audience, and made me miss community moments. I’ve strengthened security and will cooperate with verifications.I respect your policy enforcement. My game history shows my commitment. Please let me prove this was an accident.

    Hello Cekker0817​,

    I've moved your post to the correct language forum - please always pay attention in what language forum you're posting.

    We cannot help with bans here in the forum - support is the only contact for those cases. In order to dispute a ban, you will have to send an e-mail through the Support website and the Terms of Services team will then check your account and ban. This can take several days and there are no shortcuts to speed up the process.

    What exactly is the issue when you try to submit the e-mail?

    First off, I’ve told you this countless times—I can’t submit any appeals at all. This is a problem with your website. You tell me to go to customer service, but how can I when I can’t even get in touch with them? You say this is the only way, but I can’t even submit my appeal. As soon as I click submit, it says:
    “Appeal not submitted.
    Case not created.
    We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.”

    Cekker0817​ Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

    EA Help | Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

    If you are unable to create a case, there may be an issue with EA Help, (in which case, you can try again later), or your account may had been permanently disabled.

    Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, I'm a volunteer, (so I won't be able to help with, (or look into), your account).
