EA Mistakenly blocked

I really don't understand why players who break the game rules are not banned promptly, while we green players can be inexplicably banned, and our appeals are rejected. So what about the items we purchased? I have been playing for so long and spent so much money, and in the end, I get mistakenly banned. If I had really used third-party software, then what is the point of me repeatedly submitting appeals? I hope EA officials can give me a response.This is my case number #226870898
