Ea Server unable to connect

all day today I’ve been having trouble playing any games online. Keeps saying unable to connect to EA Servers. I have an Xbox one. Anyone know what’s going on?!

    Apologies for the late reply on this. If you're still running into the same error when you try logging in, can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you back online? 

    I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website when you have a chance. Those can usually tackle the most common issues we see, but if you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

    I have not been able to play for now 5 days. because it says that it cant log me in or says you dont have any internet connection when i have.

    i have a pc.

    pls help i just want to play the game.

    I went back and forth with your advisors just now, the solutions they provided are not useful and I still can't play Apex on my PC through Steam. Help EA...

    Hi everyone, 

    If you haven't already can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that makes any difference? If there's something else running on the PC that's blocking Apex Legends from connecting that might help to get around it. 

    For more information on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks!
