Error [104]
Oops something went wrong, try again later. [104]. This is all i get on Xbox one after playing this afternoon. Can someone help me?
If your kid has a sub-account that shares Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus, you won’t be able to connect it to your EA Account to play online.
We both pay separately for xbox live but he's under my family on my xbox.
Could I not just remove him from my family and that should remove the problem?
I've read that removing him means he won't be able to use xbox services or live until he's added to a new family?
Is this a problem for Microsoft to sort out?
Any help appreciated.
Spent a long time on this yesterday - EA support was very helpful and responsive BTW (truly).
If you have an EA/Origin child account there is no way to login and revoke devices or change your date of birth, which is good when you think about it.Once your child EA/Origin account is linked to your Xbox account looks like you are stuck with it until you become an adult. Hope this helps! The adult email linked to the EA/Origin account can only be used to reset the password if forgotten.
I am an Adult an I still couldnt play, I have had this account for 8 years. Might be because I gameshare, god knows.
My sons origins DOB makes him over 18 yet I still can't get on?
I still keep thinking it's to do with that he's under my family on xbox.
Ive changed all the restrictions on my xbox so he can play this game but still no answer.
We had this problem with Star Wars Battlefront 2.....in the end just traded the game in.
