Extremely high ping on Singapore (350+)

I play from Australia and since the q for Sydney servers are usually long especially at the times i play, i have been playing on singapore server for for the past year or so with 100-150 ping. However, recently i have been hit with very high ping on singapore (350+) despite the "datacenter" saying that i only have 100 ping. I would get luck at times and have my old ping but those instances have been rare. I did a tracert to Singapore 1 and here is the result. I tried changing DNS and portforwarding with no results also. Someone please help me with this issue as i am on the verge of uninstalling.
