Logged into a Ban for enhancing game play?

Not sure how anyone can enhance their gameplay on PS5?  It also said it was PC and I don't have a pc for gaming just Mac.  I did notice a steam account so I removed it.  I've also reset my password just in case someone getting into account and doing something strange.  

I've played Apex since season 1 and would prefer not to lose my account.  Not to mention all the battle passes heirlooms etc.  I play only on PS5 and use a Dual Edge controller.  I've read some here and seems to be a lot of people in need which is worrying.

    Heya,

    First off, bans cannot be assisted with here on the EA Forums, if you wish to get more information about your ban (and/or) want to dispute your ban, then it's best to follow the steps as mentioned in this article: [EA Help] - Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

    There definitely are methods to 'enhance' gameplay on consoles, usually in games they present themselves with methods of soft-cheats (e.g., no recoil or allowing users to use keyboard and mouse whilst on console)

    I don't know if that was the cause for your ban, nobody on these forums can really tell whether or not that was the case, so it's best to reach out to the TOS Team as outlined in the thread linked above. Hopefully they can help you out.

    Thank you for info. Yeah me playing on mouse and keyboard would be the opposite of cheating 😂. I’m horrible with M&K on games. If you saw my flatline spray you’d definitely see I have recoil. 

    I find it strange after years of playing and spending quite of bit of money your account just gets banned. No one tells you anything.  It’s just a rude email of basically telling you to F off. Being treated this way definitely made me cancel my pre order to battlefield 6 now. I would recommend to anyone do not buy anything in game cause they just enjoy banning people for made up reasons.
