Dear EA Support I am writing to appeal a recent ban on my account which I believe is a mistake I have been playing Apex Legends since its release and have never used cheats or participated in any form of cheating Over the past six years I have worked hard to progress and improve my skills I even purchased a rapid trigger keyboard specifically for consistent supergliding Two days ago my account was hacked An EA staff member assisted me in recovering it I suspect the actions of the hacker not my own are the cause of this false ban For the last year I have played this game for at least six hours a day and do not play any other games I kindly request that you review my account history taking the recent security breach into consideration and remove this ban Thank you for your attention to this matter

If you are still needing help with recovering your hacked EA Account, you would need to contact EA Support as recovering a hacked EA Account cannot be handled on the forums either.
