fps capped at 165 but stays capped at 128

Ive done a clean boot, no vsync/gsync on anywhere, im on ea

cpu: 11700k

gfx: 3070

command in advanced prop: +fps_max 165

was completely okay 2 days ago, and i did not change anything at all.

help
