Hey @Duncadoodle,
Are you also playing on PC? If so, can you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.
Thanks!

Im having the exact same problem, randomly in like hourly intervals it starts to lose game audio or some times textures, and the freezes my whole pc, i have to forcefully restart it
- @TrustSome0ne Maybe try playing for an hour or so and then use task manager to watch how much Ram memory the game is using
i've had the same happen where audio dissapears.. happend when last 2 squads where very close to eachother and everyone was throwing grenades smoke, firing etc etc.. but that didnt crash my pc or the game I'm having the same exact issue on PS4. Game starts smooth, starts to lose audio, screen freezes. Then, I have to close Apex, reopen it then it brings me back in the game.

Hey @freethebes,
Are you noticing any of the in-game performance icons popping up around the time this happens? I've seen some cases in the past where this can actually happen because of connectivity issues. Can we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting steps to see how that goes?
A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
Please let me know how that goes when you've got the chance. Thanks!

Hey @doodskieter-GCC,
Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference for you? Looking at the DxDiag you attached I noticed some other software crashes happening, and I'm curious if any of those are related to the crashes you're seeing with Apex Legends. If that's the case then a clean boot might help stop the crashes from happening.
You can find more details on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Once you're able to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

- @EA_Kent No defrence. I have even downloaded the drivers from Asus. My son has a Intel based system with nvidea and he has absolutely no issues and we on the same net. I have a all amd and I think that could be the issue. Something about amd and apex don't gel. Might be wrong but it's the only thing that's the factor. I play pubg, fortnite any other game you can name and it works perfect. Only apex having these issues so common denomination has to be apex
