Got banned for cheating after a random guy cursed me in silver 2

Hello  everyone today after losing 5 games in a row and dealing less than almost 300 dmg i was banned at the last game  after i was being cursed by some random guy calling me all the names exists ever and when i checked my ban on ea it said for using cheats or some enhancements i have no idea what enhancements i was using specially if i was losing 5 games straight in silver 2 it doesnt make any sense. i tried to appeal but it is not going through can i please get any help ? appeal is not working

im thinking the random guy who was cursing me somehow is a mod or something and he was able to ban me right after game match
