2. Select 'Compromised EA Account' as the issue and populate the rest of the forum
3. Wait to be redirected, then under Contact an advisor, select 'Chat with us'

i have been able to make the ticket but no one has anwsered me so far this is what happens everytime the ticket actually goes through no one anwsers and then it gets closed

Glad to hear that the ticket was created properly! Just to confirm, were you able to connect with live support through the 'Chat with us' option? That would be the most direct method. 

just made another ticket and it went through this time so ill see of i can get back into my account thanks for the help brother

i have attempted to make a case several times and it always says a error has occoured please try again in a hour

ive attempted over 30 times it never works ive been trying to get this account back for almost a year now
