I have a clan prefix in game but i'm not adding any clan

I have a clan prefix in game but i'm not adding any clan in the lobby my name is Pop but in game when i choose champions my name in the bottom is [ssd]Pop maybe it's a bug?

@CommonMuJi What platform are you on? And I assume you are not in a clan on any other platform?

i hope you can understand what i say

im playing on steam

i'm pretty sure i'm not adding any clan

but i saw another page say this problem can be solved by creating a new clan and quit that clan

i have try that way but not works

  when i quit the clan which i created
  the next game will not have a prefix before my id
  by when i quit the game program and restart the game
  it will have a prefix before my id
