I have lost all my cosmetics and legends.

I lost all of my cosmetics and legends. I contacted support and they were unable to help me, they sent me here. 

I received an email about activity changes to my account that I hadn't changed. I quickly logged in and changed my password and set up login verification. When I signed back in I had to relink my Xbox account to EA. Support told me they had no evidence of foul play, yet all my stuff is gone. Is there any way to recover my stuff? I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game, I am sure most of you have as well!

    Hey @SugarLipCandies, if our live support has advised you that they cannot assist then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing more that we can do to assist you with this issue.

    If your account was unlinked then you will lose all in-game content on the Gamertag that was unlinked.

    I lost my octane heirloom I want a refund I got kicked out of the game and it took my freaking heirloom after I bought it and didn't give me my shards back

    I'm serious I want my heirloom for octane back if I don't get it I'm going to be mad and I'm going to uninstall the game it's just like I wanted that hair loom I spent so much time trying to freaking get it and then I just lost it instantly and I never got anything out of it I want it back

    Wow! I'm sorry this is happening Bro. It just happened to me. I lost everything since the games launch. I opened a case with EA but it's moving along pretty slow. No updates as of yet.

    I lost my octane skin that I bought with crafting metals and even lost the crafting metals
