My stolen account has already had its password changed through customer service, but the game ban cannot be recognized by the TOS team. If possible, I kindly ask for your help in reaching out to the team. I really don’t know what to do. I don’t want to give up on a game that has accompanied me for four or five years; otherwise, I wouldn’t keep seeking help.

Debiiro_ff I'm afraid I won't be able to reach out to the team on your behalf, and if you had already contacted the EA TOS Team 3 times and were told to, "not expect anything further", then sadly that does mean that the ban will be upheld.
Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn.
