infinite loading screen

Hi, my apex is stuck in loading screen. i cant get in.

ive tried every single thing to make it work like.

new account.

new windows admin account

reinstall game.

repair game.

start as admin.

kompability mode + admin.

flush dns. 

still it wont load.

ive been in contact with support and they told me they tried everything but still doesnt work.

alle my drivers and windows is up to date.

can someone help me ?
