Inifinite loading Screen

I am getting Infinite loading screen after launching Apex Legends since 5/29.
I don't even make it to the main menu. I just see the loading circle with the horizon and alter background image show where you usually click through to get into the game.

This issue started today as my connect was fine yesterday and in other game since this issue started.

I have tried clearing my cache, Verifying integrity of files, reinstalling the game and flushing my dns. Nothing had an impact on this issue.

Please let me know of any new possible solutions.

When launching Apex Legends on Steam, I am stuck forever on the title screen. The "continue" button never pops up, so I am stuck with Horizon and Alter forever staring at me. 

I have tried:

• Restarting Apex, Steam, and PC multiple times. 
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Apex on Steam.
• Unplugging all USB drives from PC.
• Flushing DNS settings and resetting PC.
• Running in compatibility mode and as administrator. 
• Checking Steam and Apex server status.
• Checking my EA account. Not banned or anything. 
• Contacting EA support through the chat, and they directed me here. 

So I got nothing. Anything that could help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I recently was one if the individuals who got a couple thousand apex coins placed in their accounts by accident. As any sane human being would do, I spent them by buying the battle pass, buying packs, and gifting a battle pass. Since the update on 5/29/2024, I haven't been able to play Apex on my main account. I get stuck in an endless loading loop on the main menu. However, on my alternate account, I am able to log in with no problem. I have tried everything to fix the infinite loading issue, and it is absolutely not client side, it is on Respawn/EA's end. Some help getting my account back would be nice as I've now spent several hundreds of dollars on this game in my lifetime!

Since the 29th of Steam Apex, Watson, etc. have been added to the store and bugs have been fixed. Since then, I have been stuck at the entrance to the screen where Horizon and Alter are visible.

Many people are trapped and unable to access

Various methods were used, but it was not resolved.

Access is not possible from the attached photo.

1. Steam - Apex = Unable to connect

2. EA - Apex = Accessible

Some Steam users are still unable to log in from the 29th until 19:00 on the 30th.

There have been many posts about this phenomenon in the past, but when is it going to be fixed?

I have tried running the game as Administrator and followed the below:

Step 1: Go to the installation folder of your Apex Legends to find the file named r5apex.exe and open its Properties.

Step 2: Under the Compatibility tab, check both Run this program in compatibility mode for and Run this program as an administrator options, and save settings.

Step 3: Launch Apex Legends and wait for the Continue button appears on the screen.

Step 4: At the bottom of the screen, click the Data Center option and then choose another suitable server.

Having done this the issue is still unresolved.

I also have 175GB free on my SSD so it's not a space issue.

Help on this issue will be much appreciated.

Only thing I've figured out is that this issue only occurs when launching apex through steam via my main account.

If I use an alt account I can load in just fin, so I know its not a connection issue on my end.

My game is stuck on the menu loading screen and it randomly happened. Starting on Tuesday 5/28/24 my game has been indefinitely loading. I have spent too much of my free time the last few days attempting to resolve this issue to no luck. This included trying restarting the internet, restarting the PC, updating all my drivers,  verified game files, run the game as admin, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, changed DNS, reinstalled/repaired the anticheat, also there is no USB drive or external hard drive connected to the PC. I have no clue what else to try and am wondering if there is a chance something is wrong with my account. Would appreciate any help or any new solution, Thanks.

UPDATE: Fixed it. Turns out being in the "Steam Families Beta" version of Steam causes the game not to open. To get it to work, go to Steam, Settings, Interface, then under Client Beta Participation set it to "No Beta Chosen." Not sure if/how this affects family library sharing, but it made the game work immediately after restarting Steam.

For some reason in the past 2-3 days i got stuck in the loading screen. I tried reseting my firewall, deleting and reinstalling the game, i even tried to delete and reinstall Easy anti cheat which even got me penalized in another game. I don't even know what to do at this point. Anyone who had this issue and solved it? Its like in the pic but goes on forever.
