Legendary skin removed from my account

Hello, I'm typing this again because I can't seem to talk to a real human or get any reply whatsoever on this topic anywhere from anyone : )

Here's how this goes:

Day 1 player, I get the omega pathfinder twitch bundle skin when it comes out a month later (with 5 lootboxes included).
I take a break from the game at some point.

This skin in particular is removed from people's accounts that had used a glitch to get it, however legit players had also lost it (not me).
At some point the twitch and EA account link had to be redone so I do that, however the old link still shows from it's original date.
During season 8 when I started playing more I STILL HAD THE SKIN equipped and shown on my account, however the first game I play as pathfinder resets it to default when the game loads in.
After some digging it turns out any awards I had claimed prior to this re-link of twitch and EA are gone. Every single one.

I'm not too fussed about the rest but mainly about the pathfinder skin since it's the only legendary one. I tried talking to amazon support, twitch support, prime gaming support and EA support. Absolutely nobody seems to have any clue at all what is going on or what happened and they all seemingly have completely different and sometimes conflicting information.

One person says they can see the original link from when I claimed it but because they're from prime gaming and not EA they can't see anything related to my game account. An other person says they can only look up to 1 month back and have NO DATA on anything prior to that. An other person says they can see everything from after the re-link but nothing before. An other person says they have information that I have NEVER had this skin in my account. An other person says they can't verify that I've ever had this skin but they can verify I had linked the accounts. An other person says my account is linked to a different EA profile but they can't tell me which one. 

I can honestly keep going with how much * I got from these """people""" but the bottom line is that the skin is gone from my account and somehow nobody knows why. After a WHOLE MONTH of going back and forth with EA support they told me the following:

"I understand how disappointing it is. However, I am happy to tell you that you got nothing to worry about so I just got this confirmed with the dedicated team and some of the other players have reported this issue. The concerned team is aware of it and is working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being looked into. It's a little hard to comment on the time frame. I appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this regard.

I would suggest you keep an eye out on the official Twitter handle of EA for live updates regarding the issue."

Now, the problem with this is that this issue is old from what I can gather of almost 2 years ago so I HIGHLY doubt I will ever hear back or get any update from this so I simply asked, first of all, what EA handle is the official one? What if I don't hear anything back? When should I try to contact you again about this? So they simply replied with the same message and closed the ticket again. Not that it matters but this was 2 weeks ago.

So right now what do I do? I still don't have the skin, the reply seems stupid because it's a very old issue from way before it happened to me and was addressed way back then from what I could find. How can it be so hard to literally confirm at the very least the skin was on my account, yet it takes the snap of the fingers to remove it with for no reason? I literally still have friends who exploited to get it without prime still have it, yet I pay money and the skin gets randomly removed after almost 3 years?
