I’ve been getting this error for MONTHS and there still is no solution in the entire community. I believe this has only been posted once so I know this one is a rare issue. When I go to reroll a challenge, it costs 0 ea credits and when I select reroll it boots me to an error page and says:There was a problem processing game logic. please try again. ———sh.grx.gnut #1375UIUIScript_MTX_PurchaseStoreOffer parameter #3 should be a quantity between [1, 100]

Hi @BudzBeard91, I am curious about something. Do you play Apex Legends on any other platforms with this same EA Account? Have you previously unlinked any platform accounts from this EA Account?

I tried this approach. Linked, unlinked (waited the ridiculously long waiting period to link again). Did this process several times over the last 6 months between my PC and Xbox. Can you give me a detailed step by step on what you recommend I try doing? Not only did respawn delete every skin I’ve owned back in the summer (their conclusion was to just give me 4K apex coins and 200 free packs which didn’t even make a dent in what I had PURCHASED). But that’s a totally different topic. Thanks for your help

I just checked it again on my PC and it’s still linked to my Xbox account and won’t let me unlink until 4/1/2022 which is ridiculous in my opinion

@BudzBeard91 Gotcha, thanks for the info! So this had started happening before you tried unlinking the accounts. In some cases the game logic errors like this can actually point to a connectivity issue. Do you mind if we try a few things to see if we can help stop it from happening? I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website first to see how that goes. If you're still running into the same error message after that please let me know. Thanks again.

@EA_Kent There isn’t a connectivity issue. I’m still able to join friends and play games with no issues. The only issue is that when I “reroll” a challenge, the cost says it’s 0 and when I click confirm it boots me to an Apex error page (mentioned above). I looked at those solutions mentioned in those links and none of them seem applicable to my situation. Thanks again for your help

@EA_Kent Also, if I play on my alternate account, I’m able to reroll challenges with no problem. This seems to be an account specific situation (which so happens to be my main account.)

I’m getting the exact same issue after unlinking and linking accounts, haven’t got anywhere with support they think I’m more worried about the lost cosmetics but it’s just this re-roll situation that’s bothering me ☹️

@Dann459 Yeah man, this has been an issue for like 6-8 months for me. No solution at the moment. It seems to be a rare error code because when I search for it on Google, very few results come up. On my Smurf account, everything works fine so it’s definitely a profile issue. They DID delete all my cosmetics at some point and I’m a day 1 player. They didn’t really care though when I opened that particular ticket. Good luck!

I’m still waiting to hear back from you on other solutions on this matter. I have tried all the above mentioned solutions and none of them seem to have fixed my problem. Now with the new season that just dropped, the error code changed from #1375 and now reads #1403. Everything else is the same in regards to the error messaging. Thanks again for your help
