My account data is lost

Two months ago, I encountered a bug that reduced my account level to 1. After that, my achievements and badges were returned to me with incomplete information. The 20 kill badge, 4000 damage badge, and some other achievements will not be returned.When I contacted the help desk, they just told me to post on the forum, but they didn't do anything about it. Please, give me my data back.
