my account is RESET

my account is RESET what do you need to prove my accout has a lot of item. i don't kown why my level gt to "1"??? and all legends skin,Heirloom Set,level,rank...all gone
IN STEAM..

    Hey @hiroshihaku,

    Have you recently linked or unlinked Steam to a new EA Account? If so, any unlocks you had would still be saved to the previous EA Account, and are not something that can be transferred. Those would be lost when linking/unlinking any other platforms including Steam.

    The only way around this would be to re-link the account back to the original EA Account, which should restore access to everything from before.

    If you run into any trouble accessing an account to do this, feel free to reach out to an advisor and they'll be able to take a look over the account for you.

    How do i relink the account 

    i an sure i didn’t unlink my account 

    But steam had me to login again

    If you've had to sign back in recently, it sounds like you simply logged into a different EA Account than was previously attached.
