I also have the same issue. I've been trying to get it resolved since 2 Apr. This was not caused by cross progression as I only play on PC. My steam account was relinked since then as a potential solution from EA but that neither caused or solved the issue. Both before and after I checked my Apex account on both Steam and EA/Origin and both remain identical. Both Steam and EA show my game hours as they were before the reset so I know that it is still the correct account, but all in-game content and progress was reset. This all happened around the 2 Apr 2024 Data loss incident but whatever patch that was pushed to fix peoples accounts did not fix mine. @EA_Pulsar
