My game won't start

Hello,
As stated in the subject, my game won't start, it freezes on the loading screen. I'm attaching a screenshot to show exactly where it happens. Also, the loading circle doesn't move at all. This has been happening since the new update was released—before that, there were no issues.

YlmaZ1433 Have you tried any of the following since updating the game:

Verified the game's integrity files

Updated your PC/Console

Reviewed the Troubleshoot your connection to EA games guide

If you're on PC, are you:

Running any 3rd party programs that might conflict with Apex Legends, (If you are, those must be closed out of to play the game).

Running an older GPU, (since the last patch, Apex Legends now requires a GPU that can support DX12 with feature level 12_0, the reason why can be found here).

Note: If you're on PC, please send a DxDiag log, (otherwise, what platform are you playing on?)
