Ranked Rumble reset my rank back to Rookie even though I was platnium before

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. -
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking the rank in the main menu and matchmaking 
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? They cannot que with me nor can anyone for that matter
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It happend the moment ranked rumble reset started
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 8/3/2024 I was mid game when u reset the rank possibly why it happend.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%) 100% I cant play unless what it feels like im playing it bot lobby and cant que with friends
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Users are demoted or promoted it seems to a random rank I have pics with user for proof
What should be happening instead? Users should be in their respective rank and able to play with friends and que with them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have come across 1 other person so far in my solo q and it seems they have also had the glitch occur

Take a break from ranked points? My ranked points are frozen? It's literally all I get on to do is rank up. I was almost to diamond and the change was made with two days left? This is messing with my free time.

I feel you brother but at least u got to keep Ur rank (crying) they done glitch reset me back to 0 I was tasting diamond 

Not my first post either and with that being said this glitch has happened to me before this is just my first time having all the proof to show others what happened. 

Same issue here, i was plat when i joined a match and after it ends and i got in to lobby the rank rumble came out and my rank reseted to rookie.My original rank is still there when i check the ranked season 21 in game,i treid playing ranked thinking it was rumble turned out to be just a regular ranked game for rookie rank, i cant even join to rank rumble now cuz game wants me to do orientation matches.

@KermitsTinder no i only played apex on pc so far and using ea to connect game not even downloaded it on steam ever.

@KermitsTinder I think so, i hope they fix this quick, i want to play rumble with my mates who i ranked up with but cant even matchmake cuz there is a big rank difference lol.
