The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, but it does look like your ban is permanent.

    Thank you for replying to my post. I understand that EA employees working at AHQ cannot solve the problem. But in eahelp, there is no longer the previous online customer service, and now only the form of sending emails

    @cobb1estone Unfortunatly you are correct. Live chat will not deal with TOS issues, so the only way to contact TOS is by email.
