Re: Can't recieve heirloom shards through 500 after lock ACE heirloom

Hi all, 


This is a topic we see come up every so often. We've sent some reports like this up for investigation several times in the past, and in each case it was found that there just weren't enough eligible packs opened on the account to trigger the bad luck protection. 

As far as I know there are no bugs, and the bad luck protection is working as designed. If you haven't yet received any heirloom shards I'm afraid it means you haven't opened enough packs to trigger it. Keep in mind, there are some packs that aren't eligible, such as event packs. 

A pack counter is something we've been seeing feedback on for quite a while, and I agree that it would be a really nice addition to the game. Hopefully it's something we might see in the future. Until then, I'm afraid we don't have a reliable way to track the number of packs that have been opened, so it can be frustrating when it feels like you should have hit the right amount. The third party calculators and trackers are handy to get a general idea, but the numbers can be off. I'd say use these as a sort of general guideline of how close you might be, but try to keep in mind that the number isn't precise.

    @EA_Kent I want to point out the reset situation looks like just happened after ACE，I never receive similar feedback from our community before ACE but still thank for your reaching out.May I ask for more investigations？I can offer some accounts,which are owned by my friends who feedback me this situation,for you to make investigation.

    If we can not get our due heirloom, it means we waste our money to purchanse in the game.

    I also encountered this problem. I can provide my account to help me query the number of apex packages opened between January 30, 2021 and February 12, 2021

    I've spent more than 97350 coins on buying packs(counted from order history, I have all the pics if you need.), Opened more than 700 crates (the truth is about 1000 crates, but 700 is a certain number.), and I still don't have any heirloom except the one from anniversary packs. I tried to contact EA support and they said they can't track the number of my packs. What a joke, yea yall have no idea how many I've bought, but I know, I know I opened at least 700 packs. I only have one heirloom after spent about 100000 coins in game store, yall think I spent them on skins or something? It really doesn't have many things to buy.

    @EA_Kent What if I say I can prove how many packs I have ever opened? People can show every single skin they have opened, we all know the prices of the skins, since there are no other ways to spend your coins except packs or buying skins. If we know the total amount spent on skins, the rest is spent on apex packs. This is the way to calculate it, if EA isn't going to solve this problem any soon, many people are going to make a big problem out of it because this is not acceptable, paying hunderds of dollars to the game and not receiving anything?

    Opening heirloomshards through 24 event packs RESETS the counter.

    I am a Chinese player，You Keep talking The progress of 500 boxes has not been reset。It's humiliating deception！In Chinese post，There are already super many players responding to this problem，Can you show the number of boxes we have opened in the game?

    @NiokRTszeroFockwe know brother.. now all we need is to get an official indepth investigation on this so that we can get a freakin' official dev reply which we are all waiting for!!! ☹️

    Hi apex, It has come to my notice that I have spend over 500 dollors on apex pack but I have still not gotten a heirloom but my friend that is level 99 got one and I'm confused on why he got one before I did. Thabk you if you read this and give me a heirloom.
