Has anyone figured out this issue? Because whoever is saying “go here” to get your ban appeal is a liar. None of EA’s options work. There has to be another way. I’ve already tired making another account, but when I do, I can’t link it to my Xbox. EA send an email code to an email that isn’t mine.
I can’t change the email because it send an email code to the wrong email!!! Some person located in Ecuador is what my account says I am now…..
Just an update on my situation I'm still banned but what happened with me is. I got hacked showed proof I got hacked got the account back played for a week then banned then nowhere EA is at fault for this not the people who Help on the forums I have all proof and info required to get unbanned but the Head of EA ban team has silenced my requests + I got support people (not forums) that did not give a crap about my ban but they did care about me getting hacked so I would Like to inform any future people on this matter to not spend your 3 requests instantly and pray/getajobforEA that the person will actually care.
