seems better i had this before just fyi +exec autoexec +fps_max 70 -novid -fullscreen +cl_showfps 1
I need to check if afects the fps tho because sometimes im not getting above 60fps

Thanks for following up! Does it seem like your FPS is just fluctuating a lot? Are you seeing it in the game menu as well as while you're in an actual match?

After playing for some hours the past few days the flickering is gone when removing the command lines. The fps perfomance is a bit worst but only inside game when theres loads happening.
I was going to use adaptive fps but the game gets way to blurry sometimes to maintain 60 fps.
Thanks anyway the main thing bothering me is solved.
