- @xxxpupsmoke7 I can’t even find an option to contact them by email, but seems it would be pointless anyway! It’s near on impossible to resolve an issue!!
be very careful. I had this exact same issue, contacted and opened multiple cases through the case system. It kept flagging "fixed" and I had never received the coins. I contacted my credit card company and they suggested putting the funds on "hold". EA immediately perma-banned my account. I have been fighting it for two weeks providing all the proof i can and they have declined it, never contacting me about it. So i asked for my money back when they failed to provide what I purchased then perma-banned me.
5000 hours in apex season 0 account gone.

When you open the case, are you choosing missing content? That should give you the option to email.
- @EA_Aljo Yes I am choosing that option, but when I click email it takes me straight back to the same page!

Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Let me know what happens.
- @EA_Aljo No luck! There must be an easier way? I had an email sent to me this morning to say thanks for the purchase and that it’s been completed. My son has been on there and they still haven’t been credited to his account

The best I can advise is to keep trying with opening a case. I'm very sorry, but there is nothing we can do to help with missing coins over Answers HQ.
But when i open a case and submitted, didnt see in my cases.its a bug?

If you don't see any cases, it either didn't get submitted or you're logging in to the wrong account.
