All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.
The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans or being hacked, only the TOS team can help you.
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

If you feel you have been hacked, the only thing you can do is follow the steps in this article:
https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/- @OldTreeCreeper all the info they gave me was in that screenshot they gave me, like I posted earlier I have no history of any bans.
I don't think I've been hacked, but I don't know that because they arent telling me anything. @WiseTheRumGone if I were you I'd try to find the og email that has any details EA will give you.
Saying that, you can appeal a ban a number of times.
Your screenshot said you've had 2 appeals (investigations).
- @OldTreeCreeper il wait a bit more for if they answer the email I sent yesterday, il make a new appeal then if they don't.
but in any case, if that does not work is there any other way I can contact EA support? live chat or a voice call, anthing @WiseTheRumGone Unfortunatly there is no other way to contact the tos team. I understand from other posters that things like this can take time for a reply, and can be very frustrating.
