Why quibble over spilt milk?

You broke the rules in the Terms of service Agreement that you agreed to.

You were suspended and did not change your behavior and were banned.

IDK what you said or did and I do not need to know.

The EA ToS team decides on the punishment's.

Once again here on the Forum we can not help or assist with suspensions/Ban's and how they are implemented.

If you want to know why you will need to contact the ToS team via EA help, we can not answer this question for you.

All in all does it really matter? 

If you get back to gaming just remember to be polite to others or just do not talk or text them if you can not do that. It protects your account.
