bl00d-moons Did you buy the Ultimate Pass or the Ultimate+ Pass?

If you had bought the Ultimate Pass, there was a bug recently that, (for whatever reason), had given players the Ultimate+ Pass rewards, (which were later removed from players accounts by Respawn).

As such, if you were accidently given the Ultimate+ Pass rewards, this would be why those rewards are suddenly "missing".

Just checked right now and you are right, I thought those were included with my pass but I guess not thank you for the clarification.

bl00d-moons Yeah, the recolor skin variants and the extra 10 Exotic Shards are only from the Ultimate+ Pass:
