Servers lagging

Ever since the second week of creator challenges ive gotten this lag that makes apex unplayable it happens every single day all day long ive tried everything i could contacted the isp they said they dont block stuff never had this issue before but its been going on for awhile now cannot fix on my own tried every single trouble shoot i could even tired dns swapping nothing fixed the issue ive been searching lag then most recent in the apex reddit and other seem to have the same issue every single game of apex i try i lag tried a phone hot spot and i didnt lag im thinking the aws servers that apex swapped to has blocked alot of isp if that possible im ignorant on that topic anyone have ideas or suggestions? Happens on all platforms-wired or wireless connection-every single server-My internet speed is 1k up and down im pretty sure its not my isp.
