i play apex legends on my ps5 primarily;. i just got a switch 2, installed apex played it for an hour, didn't like it, so i erase it and unlinked my nintendo account from my ea account
now when i try to play apex on my ps5 it says "this account is already logged in on another device"
how do i fix this?
huyness6 When you log into the game on any platform and then you close out of the game, you are still "connected" to the game for about 15-20 minutes.
Q: Why does it do this?
A: Well, if I had to guess, its so you can easily rejoin that game's session.
The easiest way to speed up the wait time is to return to the game's main menu from within the game itself through the platform you had logged into first and then you wait about 15 seconds before closing out of the game, (or turning off the console).
However, since it has been about 8 hours since you had posted this thread, you should be able to just log into the game from your PlayStation 5 without any issues as your Switch Account should had long been kicked out of the game for being "inactive".
