Unjustified Ban
Hi everyone!
I was banned once back in January, also unfairly, but I managed to resolve it as they reinstated my account without any issues. I started playing again, and after 1-2 weeks, I got banned out of nowhere once more. I've been playing the game since its release and have never cheated.
I've already contacted support about ten times, but they always reply with the same message: "Sorry, we will not lift the ban."
What can I do in this situation? Where should I reach out?
dangeryous Unfortunately the only ones who can handle bans would be the EA TOS Team.
If they had told you to, "not expect anything further", that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.
